Centennial Villa Memory Care Cottages are designed for persons with mild to moderate memory loss.  We offer individual units with private baths in a small secure home-like environment.  Secure outside areas for walking, specialized activities programming and staff specially trained in dealing with dementia make this living environment unique.

Typical unit:          232 sq. ft., 240 sq. ft, 273 sq. ft.

Handicap unit:     251 sq. ft.

Large unit:            347 sq. ft.

The large unit is ideal for couples who may want to continue to live together even if one or both need memory care services.

One Bedroom Apartment:  516 sq. ft.  (designed for couples) 

Services include in the monthly fee:

• Breakfast, Lunch and Supper every day.
• Activities of Daily Living/Independent Activities of Daily Living Reminders. (Reminders for meals, activities and daily hygiene).
• 24 hour Caregiver staffing and response system
• Two Loads of personal laundry plus one load of linens per person, per week.
• Thirty minutes of housekeeping per week.
• Daily garbage removal from apartment.
• Activities programming.
• Service Coordination. (Help in scheduling physician or other professional appointments and transportation to appointments).
• Daily Well-being checks.
• Nursing assessments.
• RN Supervisory visits.
• On-Campus escort service. (incidental)
• Nail care.
